Blue Mountains Swamp School Education Resources

The 'Save our Swamps' school education program is actively encouraging local schools to incorporate studies about Blue Mountains Swamps into relevant school topics such as Stage 2 HSIE & Science 'Investigating Biodiversity ' unit.  By providing resources and field trips the Save our Swamps program supports schools to study their local environment rather than distant ecosystems such as the Amazon or the Antarctic. Schools can be important partners in raising community awareness about the threatened Blue Mountains Swamp endangered ecological communities in their local area.
